- If your ferry booking to Rottnest Island is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions Samphire Rottnest will gladly change the date of your package booking to within three months of the initial booking. This booking will become non-refundable at this point in time.
- If your ferry booking from Rottnest Island is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and you are not able to leave Rottnest Island, Samphire Rottnest will gladly extend your booking at a 50% discount on the Best Available Rate, with limited housekeeping services.
