- If Rottnest Air-Taxi need to cancel the flight on the day due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, they will attempt to contact you and offer to either re-schedule your flight at no charge or give you a full refund. The choice will be yours.
- If you request a cancellation of a booked flight more than 48 hours ahead, an administration fee of $100 will apply.
- If you request a cancellation of a booked flight one day ahead of your flight, an administration fee of $150 will apply.
- Cancellations on the day of the booked flight are non-refundable.
